Our goals are to provide a place for the athletes to develop, have fun and learn softball skills as well as skills they can use through the normal course of life. Creating an environment that encourages our athletes to work hard and be the best person they can be with the lessons softball can provide.
Lauren began her softball career at the age of 8. She made the move to play more competitively with Calgary Adrenaline in their first year (2012) and stayed committed to her team until their final season in 2018. Her team won numerous medals and titles throughout Canada and the US. She is now playing on a softball scholarship with the Bellevue Bulldogs in Seattle, Washington while in pursuit of a career in physical therapy.
Hayley has been playing softball since 2008. She is now playing in Chicago while studying to become a doctor. In 2012 she was named Minor player of the year by Softball Alberta and most recently was successful in making Team Alberta for the 2017 Canada Summer Games. Hayley is now giving back to younger athletes when she is home from college with private coaching to Adrenaline pitchers and putting on summer pitching clinics open to all. In 2017 Softball Alberta awarded Hayley with the Memorial Scholarship for her continuing to play softball and being involved with coaching and instruction.
Alexis has been playing softball for almost 10 years with numerous accomplishments along the way. Most recently, she was the only athlete from Alberta named to the Canadian Junior National Fastpitch team. In 2018 she was awarded female athlete of the year at her high school and placed in 3 track and field categories. In 2017 she added Softball Alberta Minor Female Player of the year and U18 Canadian Fastpitch Championship Allstar Pitcher award to her resume. In 2014 Alexis joined Calgary Adrenaline and helped bring home a gold medal at provincials and bronze at the Western Canadian Championship. The team’s success continued over the next 3 years with gold, silver and bronze medals at provincials and an impressive 5th place at the 2016 U16A Canadian Fastpitch Championship. At the University of Buffalo, Alexis will continue her softball career and study to become a physiotherapist.
Rylee joined forces with the 2000 Adrenaline team in 2016 and helped lead in bringing home their 2017 Provincial gold medal and 2018 Provincial silver medal wins. She is now playing on a softball scholarship in Illinois entering her first year of studying to major in Science.
Taylor has been playing softball for over 9 years- 6 of those years playing competitively with Calgary Adrenaline. While softball was her ticket to play in the States, Taylor also excelled in track and volleyball at her high school. She is now playing softball at Webster University with an end goal of becoming a dentist.
